During our exterior color consultation we will explore color options keeping all aspects of your home's architectural features in mind. We will evaluate the vision you want to achieve and create a structured game plan to achieve just that! Here's what's Included: Initial Assessment: I will personally complete a walk through of the exterior of your home to assess your existing architectural elements, substrates and lighting. Based on the assessment I will create a harmonious and cohesive color palette that WILL work for the exterior of your home. Two (2) Interior Color Palette Options (2) Renders are included of 1st and 2nd color palette options. If additional renderings are needed a $45.00 charge will be added for each rendering. One (1) Update to a palette as needed Digital color map provided for yourself and painting contractor in order to specify color placement on the exterior of your home. Recommendation on paint product type and finish selection A 48 hour turnaround time is kindly asked . By the time we leave your home, we will have a color strategy in place! -
